In general you can trust on it that your order will be send to you as soon as possible. The glass dildos made by Phallix will be delivered within 5 workdays after payment. These products usually are in stock. The powertools, sexmachines, unusual products, accessories and dildos will be delivered between 5 workdays and 4 weeks.
Although we try our best to deliver your ordered products as soon as possible, occasionally we encounter situations where a third party cannot supply us with a particular product or materials as soon as we would like them to. In such situations, we will send all available items to you upon receipt of your order and then we sent the back-ordered item or items as soon as possible. In the event you order an item that is no longer in stock we will notify you by email.
The products you ordered will be delivered in a neutral box. There will be no signs of the erotic content in it. When you are not present while the package is delivered, you will be notified by TPG that you are able to come and pick up your product at the post-office. We will send the product at your name and at your account by TPG. They will take care of a safe transport. You will only pay for packing costs and delivery costs. You don’t have to pay for back-ordered items. They amount of costs is depending on the weight of the products. At your order-form you will notice the exact amount.
If you need to return an item, you may do so within 10 days of delivery provided the item has not been used and is in the original and unopened packaging or is defective. We will exchange the product returned for another item or items of your choice, or issue a store credit. This credit is for the returned product(s) ONLY. Products that cannot be returned for any reason are dildos, lubricants, sex machines and any products that are designed for the genital area, that has been removed from its original package (unless defective). Please include your name, email address, and specify whether you would like a replacement product or store credit. No refunds are provided unless an item is deemed defective. Products may be returned to: Venus Unlimited, Blokmoeren 15, 4824 JL, Breda. When you return a product you have to take care of the costs concerning the returning.
By ordering on the website the agreement is a fact and you acknowledge the terms of use and payment up front before you receive the products. Venus Unlimited is entitled to adjust these terms. Venus Unlimited will also adjust payment terms when banks may do so.
